Billing:Upon shipment, BUYABRASIVES.COM bills your company. If you have an account with BUYABRASIVES.COM, you will have 30 days to pay (balances due over 30 days will be
assessed an interest charge of .05% per day). If you paid via MC/Visa, your credit card will be billed upon shipment. If you fax a company check, it will be deposited upon shipment.
Returns:You must always obtain an RMA number by emailing mail@buyabrasives.com before returning any items. No exceptions can be made!!! How else can we keep track of your refund???
Fine Print:Items in unopened packages
and re-sellable condition must be returned directly to the manufacturer within 7 days of their receipt for refund or exchange. Defective items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Yes!!! Believe it or not you can even speak to a real live person who will fix any problem that you have. Just call 937/222-8215 from 9AM-5PM ET. BUYABRASIVES.COM is physically located within driving distance to the main manufacturing plants. We know their people personally; we will fix any problems that arise.
